Growing up, I had the privilege of living with my Grandparents. They were some of the best years of my life, but it was also a time when I was able to witness first hand the struggles and strife that aging can bring. Watching those you love lose their independence and the ability to live life to the fullest has an impact on the entire family. My Grandparents struggled most with the sense of losing control of their own lives, which in turn planted the seed for my life’s mission. I started Encore to help Seniors remain independent in the homes they love, and bring quality services to them. My focus has been, and will continue to be to hire the absolute best caregivers to ensure that today’s Seniors receive the best possible care either in their own home, or in a independent/assisted living community.
